This service is awful. The scooters are okay, but the app and functionality is terrible and dangerous. First, I have lost ₴1000+ in the last couple months because I’m unable to end my ride in the app. Most recently, the app would not let me end my ride because it said I was outside the parking zone, but I wasn’t. I was in the same place I always end my rides. I took screenshots to prove I was in the parking zone when I received the error. I also contacted support. They said it was resolved, but then my account was charged for 52 minutes when I only used it for 9. They did not refund me. The app is unreliable and the support is bad. The issue is a result of GPS error. They are aware of the issue, but it continues to happen frequently. And they make requesting a refund difficult. Second, there is also a very dangerous design that can cause serious injury. If your account runs out of money while riding the scooter, the scooter will suddenly apply the brakes and stop working. This happened to me while I was riding down a hill. I lost control of the scooter and almost fell in front of a car. I don’t recommend these scooters to anyone. - - - Цей сервіс жахливий. Самокати — нормальні, але застосунок і його функціональність — жахливі та небезпечні. По-перше, за останні пару місяців я втратив понад ₴1000 через те, що не міг завершити поїздку в застосунку. Востаннє він не давав завершити поїздку, бо показував, що я поза зоною паркування, хоча це було неправдою. Я знаходився в тому самому місці, де завжди завершую поїздки. Я зробив скріншоти, щоб довести, що був у зоні паркування, коли отримав помилку. Я також звернувся в підтримку. Вони сказали, що проблему вирішено, але з мого рахунку все одно списали оплату за 52 хвилини, хоча я користувався лише 9. Грошей не повернули. Застосунок ненадійний, а підтримка — погана. Проблема виникає через помилку GPS. Вони знають про цю проблему, але вона продовжує часто траплятися. І вони роблять процес повернення коштів складним. По-друге, є дуже небезпечне конструктивне рішення, яке може призвести до серйозної травми. Якщо на рахунку закінчуються гроші під час поїздки, самокат раптово блокує гальма і перестає працювати. Every time this wastes me 10 minutes to “debug” a proper parking area and walk back to my destination. Беру ці самокати лише у крайніх випадках коли немає поруч взагалі ніяких , бо : - мінімальна сума поповнення 150 грн, цим ви показуєте наскільки сильно ви забили х£р на своїх клієнтів, з якого чуда я маю платити вам наперед за послуги, якими я ,можливо, навіть не скористуюсь? Чому не зробити адекватну оплату за послуги, або хоча б мінімальне поповнення на 50 гривень? - неприємно коли ти звик до адекватних самокатів, береш цей і він в рандомний момент починає гальмування через чорну зону і ти мусиш майже нести його в руках - незручний додаток , самокатам вже не один місяць і покращень нуль ☠️ ### 1/5 — Жахливий сервіс!! *2024-07-13, version 8.30* Ніколи не користувалась такими компаніями і не дарма. Цього разу дуже поспішала і завантажила додаток, бо поряд був тільки цей самокат (на жаль). Скажіть, будь ласка, з якого дива я маю поповнювати баланс на 150 грн мінімум, якщо я більше не збираюсь користуватися вашими послугами? Чому не зробити це як у болта? Щоб по факту все платити?! І дуже мала зона доступна для пересування.. В результаті я запізнилась ще більше, бо пішла пішки і потратила купу часу на непотрібну реєстрацію. ### 1/5 — Ставлю 0 , очко . Не берите их самокаты *2024-07-08, version 8.30* Взял самокат вечером первый раз в жизни , фонарик не работает , поддержки пофиг , через время заблокировался посреди дороги . Взял второй самокат, заблокировался под колесами машины , тех поддержки все еще пофиг . Если хотите жить , выберете самокаты другой фирмы . За 20 лет оставил свой первый отзыв , потому что это беспредел . Хочется набить лицо техподдержке . And there is no more 6 screens to finish the ride. But still a lot of inconvenient and dangerous features. Limited parking is your thing ok. But when you already in no parking zone, the scooter blocks the wheels and you literally can't put it out to legal zone. How am I supposed to do it, on my back? Also, when deposit is running zero, scooter makes sudden noises, blocks the brakes for several seconds and then blocks the wheels also, forcing you to being stopped in the middle of the road, where you could be hot by another scooter or a car in a second. Just like that. Because there is no money. Basically, the service is prioritizing payment enforcement by catching you in the traps over rider safety. I would like to see a grand model ### 5/5 — Посередній сервіс *2023-09-08* перекручені/зламані керма (рулі) в кожному третьому самокаті пережаті гальма через що неможливо плавно скидати швидкість, а на спусках взагалі можна через це вилетіти через кермо автопоповнення рахунку не працює: будь коли закінчуються кошти, немає попередження чи буферного часу щоб безпечно припаркуватись та поповнити рахунок — самокат блокується в неочікуваний момент, я так не раз ставав посеред 8 смуг на перехрестях в центрі що створює аварійну ситуацію на дорозі чи можливість ДТП, тягти заблокований самокат до тротуару що пищить через 4 смуги «дуже приємно» нульова робота з клієнтами (customer care як явище в компанії відсутнє), на фідбек та погані відгуки у додатку нульова реакція ### 5/5 — Зручний київський сервіс *2023-07-29, version 7.12* Простий у використанні, зручний і надає доступ до якісних самокатів, які, на моє здивування, у відмінному стані.
