## What is ZELUNA?

ZELUNA is a quiet place to pause—at the end of the day, or before you begin something that calls for focus.

Inspired by Japanese Zen wisdom and expertise in yoga and meditation, ZELUNA brings together sleep yoga, guided meditation, breathing practices, and nature sounds. Audio and visuals recorded in temples and natural settings accompany your moments of stillness.

Before studying or working, take a moment to settle your breathing and shift your mindset. At night, let go of the day’s tension and gently ease toward sleep. Find a way to spend this time that feels right for you.

● Your Time with ZELUNA

Begin with your breath. Follow the gentle vibrations in your palm as you slowly breathe in and out. Alongside sound and visuals, these vibrations help you feel the rhythm of your breathing during meditation. You can also simply watch the screen.

Sessions take you to quiet temples and natural landscapes. Close your eyes and listen to the guidance, or leave your device playing beside your pillow. Whether you are new to meditation or practice every day, you can enjoy ZELUNA at your own pace.

At bedtime, set the sleep timer. The sound gradually softens, then gently fades away.

Each time you finish a session, your little garden grows. As you return, new scenery will gradually unfold.

A ZELUNA Premium subscription is required to access all sessions, the sleep timer, and background playback.
