Dear Zemote team,
After updating new zemote app version my iphon7 is unable to load the app and fails repeatedly even after reinstalling several times. Also in my iPhone 12 one particular appliance ( benq projecter ) is not responding to any of codeset.

FROM PAST 15 days NO REPLY OF EMAIL AND ISSUE IS ALSO NOT RESOLVED

I’ve been using this for almost two years if not more … over all it’s a great effort but : 

1) It’s almost impossible for someone to set this up on their own (this is when I take pride in being very tech savvy). 

2) the execution of commands is very slow. 

3) a lot of crashes of the app. 

4) the coding team and the UX team needs to pull up their socks and put in some real effort.

As a developer - good job guys. It does what it is supposed that to, without needing much from me.

As a user - I feel it really awkward that while using the slider - 20% is warm, 60% is Neutral and 100% is white and it is really hard to control this via a single touch slider that jumps to random numbers. 

Get rid of this single slider concept for colour control entirely. Have something different for colour. 

My usecase - I have 110 colour controlled lights in home. It takes a lot of time tinkering with them

Recently installed their newly launched touch switches at my home. They are absolutely brilliant to operate and match the ambience of house really nicely. Their installation team is top notch and using the app is just as easy. Loads of features available makes live so easy.
