Do not use *2026-08-12, version 13.0.0* I had my account hacked and £950 taken from me. I had no knowledge of this until I checked my account later that day. It was obvious that it was out of character spending yet the bank did not alert me or block further payments. They are now refusing to use their insurance for fraudulent transactions and are the most unhelpful service. Their attitude is appalling. I am a medical professional and expected better. No obvious way how to setup or delete or amend DD. The guys that built this should be fired for agreeing with the stupid managers who find the app user friendly. ### 1/5 — No access to money most evenings *2026-06-23, version 12.8.0* This bank is so bad that it is a shock when it isn’t in maintenance and actually allows you to access your account, it’s a shock when it works that’s how bad this bank is. The minute it strikes 12am when the maintenance is finally done (it’s been under maintenance every evening of this week), I’m moving the funds in there to my main bank and closing the account permanently. Had Zemplar bank for years and still rubbish with maintenance since it was known as Cashplus. App is always under maintenance almost every evening without fail from 6pm to 12am, this is an absolute fact and you will randomly in the evening be left stranded without access no access to your money and no ability to send it to another account multiple times a week without fail. Had the bank as a backup for years since it was Cashplus and it has never changed you will get stuck without fail 2-7 times a week in the evening when there’s no access due to ‘maintenance’ this maintenance has happened almost every day for years and you will be stuck. If access to your money is important to you, then don’t bother. ### 1/5 — Not good enough for 2026 *2026-06-23, version 12.8.0* If you have a credit card and separate bank account then you have to log out and back in, it’s terribly designed. At a bare minimum introduce switch account functionality and allow multiple accounts to stay logged in Edit: it’s even worse, now due to “direct debit” updates I can’t see my balance or transfer money. Left me well and truly red faced when I had to ask friends for money because I couldn’t get funds out of my own business. Don’t do it, go with a reliable bank like Revolut or Starling. So unbelievably livid. ### 1/5 — Lack of functions *2026-06-23, version 12.8.0* For a 2026 banking app, the bank lacks basic functionalities, around direct debits merchant dates and upcoming notifications, making my it difficult sometimes to ensure direct debits won’t fail and ultimately get charged for declined direct debits.
