Some folks resort to AI because they don't have the privilege to access such things. **Developer response:** Hello Mandy, it's been one of the major things that we've working on and in the current version of the app, the problem you've mentioned should be resolved. This is what I don’t like about these apps because kids aren’t getting the help they need because they have to pay. Overall, it would be great, but they made that one big mistake, just like everybody else. 2stars ### 3/5 — Tech issues *2024-07-29* Not very “zen” when I’m trying to send a message and the blue send is grey instead - so I can’t send anything and can’t do anything. Nor when the “rate this app” pops up while I’m trying to type a message and I can’t clear it because the keyboard is in the way. My only recourse was to force quit the app and now I’m writing this review to hopefully never have that pop up again. ### 3/5 — Good but… *2024-01-09* Been using the app for about a week or so. Some of the responses I’ve gotten from the AI are actually really well thought out and have given me a new perspective on certain things or situations. I paid for the premium because it was an impulse purchase and my understanding was that it was unlimited back and forth with the AI. It is, technically, but the app won’t let you ask more than 2 questions on any given subject and then it tells you the chat is too big and to try another topic. 2 questions! That’s not enough! Answers raise more questions and I want more details and to go into depth and to really analyze a subject. But no. You get 2.
