No support, No job, *2025-06-11, version 19.12.3* Even though I have done all my onboarding process and all training, I still don’t get any booking yet. I can’t even contact anyone from Zen Educate, they only say to keep in contact through app but the app can’t help anything. It just waste of time. Never apply any job with this company!! ### 1/5 — want to set yourself up for failure and headaches? sign up with zen educate. *2025-02-17, version 19.7.11* so many 5 star reviews and yet not one of them have written a review? well, if you’re someone looking for part time work, and you’re considering working with these people, i would suggest run. run as fast as you can, away from these people and the most awful work experience you will ever face in your entire existence. end moment cancellations, false promises about a certain pay rate, setting you up with a third party payment company so that you never get the amount they tell you they’re paying, long time travelling hours just to earn close to minimum wage, even though they tell you they’re going to pay you a £110 per day, they have it all. all possible inconveniences you could possibly think of, they offer it to you. there is zero clarity on payment methods, 0 clarity on the pay, loopholes that they exploit and overall an absolute disaster of an agency. i regret the day i ever picked up their call. ### 1/5 — Won’t let me log in *2024-04-09* I can’t log in on app but I can on the website. I live 20 minute away from Manchester. Every time I log in it says there’s no jobs in my area yet. When I google search “ZEN educate jobs Manchester” lots of jobs come up. It will not allow me access when I log in. I can’t apply for anything and there’s no support to get jobs. This was the biggest waste of time. I’m deleting my account. ### 2/5 — A little Disappointed…. *2024-02-07* Zen Educate seems like a great option at first for teachers looking to test the waters in Education. However there is a concern for the quality of schools… I personally had a generally good standing with the company until I was placed in an extremely toxic environment with a school that displayed many signs of Racism. Mind you I am a person of color. It’s great to pick up shifts, but at some point they just cut you off out of now where. There’s not a lot of flexibility to your own personal needed days off so be weary!
