When you check out it spawns a WebKit window for Safari- forcing you to login again. what. Is. The. Point. ### 1/5 — Scam. Won’t stop texting me from different numbers about bad deals. *2025-02-11, version 4.0.1* I buy from zen leaf all the time and I get almost no rewards. And they won’t stop texting you from different numbers. Constantly. I get about 5 texts from zen leaf a day and it’s never anything useful. The app also won’t let you turn off texts messages. If you go into settings to turn them off the app keeps switching it back on. It’s almost like Zen Leaf doesn’t care. In fact they really don’t care as they would have had the basic operability issues fixed a long time ago. Operability is maddeningly frustrating. One can’t place an order from within the app. It pops you out to your browser. And more often than not will bounce you from the menu or your basket - and you have to run the gauntlet of amateurish ‘code’ again. A total dog’s breakfast. I would give it Zero Stars but that would be generous. I would switch to another dispensary in a heartbeat solely because of this awful app. Sadly Zen Leaf owns my market within a 25-mile radius. ### 1/5 — unusable *2024-03-30, version 4.0.0* I’m on the IPhone SE - when asked for a verification code from my phone number, the keypad that comes up to type it in covers the proceed button and there is nothing I can do about it. The points expire 6 months after a sale even if you are actively using your account. They wiped away the equivalent of $70 in offers from me. The new app has significantly improved the experience for our customers; however the message tap still displays sales and promotions that are not longer valid. This makes it difficult for us, the budtenders, and our customers. Please update the app to remove promotions and sales that are no longer active. I swear this app is from 2010. I downloaded the app, all of my information is there, EXCEPT for the reward points. This has happened with all versions of the app, including the latest one. Yeah when I go through the website, my points are shown there, and I can apply them to my order. What is the point of this app? Why do I need a separate app for a rewards program? Why is the process so complicated?
