But recently I am facing one issue for loan account statement after last app update to version 2.1, when I am going to loan account section and clicking on loan account, the statement is not opening and there is no other way through which I can access my loan account statement. It lacks basic features that most banking apps provide today. There is no transparency in showing the updated reducing loan balance or interest calculations after a part prepayment is made. Other banks clearly show the impact of prepayments on the outstanding principal, interest savings, and reduced loan tenure. Surprisingly, the Bank of Maharashtra app still doesn’t offer these essential features. To make matters worse, the app has recently stopped showing the home loan transaction history altogether. I’m not sure what has changed, but this is a significant step backward in terms of customer experience and transparency. I think Developper need to appoint good sw testing team who can check all problem before realeased new version. Or gift new phone which supports iOS 18 and above .
