It’s constantly down ### 1/5 — Login not working *2024-09-19* The app keeps not letting me login. Ive had to recreate 5 passwords because it wouldnt let me login. It also wouldnt work when id use face id. We have all been having issues with this at our studio, please fix ### 1/5 — “Helps” you losing business *2024-08-02* This is a horrible application, lots of bugs and crashes. Have to try everything over and over, at this point I don’t even bother using it any longer, use the desktop version instead. I’ve already called to complain and for as much as I’m paying to run my gym’s memberships, it should be a top of the line app with no glitches. The usability should include accessing member info that we get through the desktop site. I’m not always stuck at my computer. I’m with members. Checking in people is so slow. So many glitches. This seriously needs a huge update. Then you reload and wait wait wait to only find out people are signed up You call zen planner and then are told. Did you check your internet connection.. The apps been around long enough where it should be better by now. This app actually costs us time as opposed to saving it.. I don’t always want to be attached to my laptop to check member status. The most basic of information is available on the app. I can’t believe this hasn’t been updated in a while. Thanks! ### 1/5 — Lousy kiosk app *2023-01-15* Seeing as this is supposed to replace the kiosk app, the check in process is awful. ### 2/5 — Hidden fees *2022-10-13, version 3.3.50* Decent software , unfortunately quiet slow and pricy. You can cancel anytime (with a 30 day notice) but they will charge you $199 for a simple database export. 🤑 ### 1/5 — Garbage *2022-01-14, version 3.3.49* Unusable pointless keeps logging me out slow pathetic…all in all very frustrating l…hate it!! ### 1/5 — Far behind MINDBODY *2022-01-04, version 3.3.49* I switched over to zenplanner after the pricing raises of MINDBODY. I wholeheartedly regret it. The technology is no where near zenplanner and app crashes constantly Would not recommend ### 2/5 — Too clunky. *2021-12-21* Log in to our site. Here’s all of this information. But also you can’t really do anything with it, so also download our app, and if anything is wrong or you need to fix something simple, call us to set up a meeting. I need a fix NOW since I can’t use it on my iPhone. ### 1/5 — Dont waste your time/money *2021-03-12* Ive used many different apps similar to this. Wodify, TrueCoach and sugarwod and by far this is the worst one. There’s always some type of issue going on with it and most of the time you can’t even sign in because it won’t connect to server. Highly recommend to avoid this at all cost. I would give this a zero if I could. ### 1/5 — Worst functioning app *2020-11-14* This app continues to let us and our members down weekly. Clearly zenplanner needs to make a major change with their app developer. Literally a problem with this every week. Members complain daily. Would give 0 stars if we could. ### 3/5 — ZP *2020-11-11* Zen planner has many great qualities. I actually like it way more than systems like MindBody and Wodify. They have many options to build memberships and make things way easier than other systems we’ve used for our facility. I would highly recommend them over most operating systems. Two flaws that need attention and the reason my rating is lower. The application is updated too often or the updates are often flawed for long periods of time. For example: The kiosk in our app to sell items hasn’t worked for months now. We’ve deleted it and re-download and tried different accounts. I’ve had to change back to a paper system... This, my personal rage creator.... Password changes: How am I supposed to RESET my password every 3 seconds (I think it’s 3 months or so) if I never get the password reset email?! This “feature” to keep my account safe as a coach, is more of a hinderance than it is keeping my information safe. I currently have to call my boss and ask for his login because I can’t get my password changed AGAIN. Password changes... make them YEARLY and get the email fixed so we can actually do it! 💆🏼‍♂️ ### 1/5 — Terrible *2020-11-02, version 3.3.44* If it wasn’t so difficult to change billing companies I wouldn’t deal with this The app crashed literally 3-4x a week Cause all sorts of issues with class booking ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Worst APP EVER *2026-04-01, version 3.3.72* Signing me out, slow clunky terrible UI, glitches constantly, password reset not working, not remembering my username or password, these happen frequently/EVERYDAY. Never ever use this app if you want your staff to like you. ### 1/5 — Just bad *2026-02-24* I use dozens of B2B apps for my fitness business as well as other markets and I can say that zen planner staff app is the worst. Frequently logged out, features don’t work, I spend more time fussing with the app than I do at the whiteboard with my clients. Terrible app, terrible execution, GUI is bad, bad password practices… just all around a terrible app. ### 1/5 — Pretty frustrating *2026-02-18* This app generally always has some form of issue. Their software in general has quite a few issues. I’ve had so many issues with. Suggested that they allow you to update your password within the app since they force you to cycle them. It’s very annoying to not have Face ID work and to have to reset my password every 60days. It also locks me out and won’t let me access my schedule. My case doesn’t stand in portrait mode. I need it to work in landscape. Please change that immediately. ### 1/5 — Not allowing landscape display *2025-03-02* I always use the app in landscape on my iPad but am no longer able to since the new update. Just needs a bit more options for inputting the client details such as our customised inputs would be great as then it makes it easier for the coaches to use the app and not have to use a computer. Although it is in the beginning stages. It would be great to have the same functionality as the Apple Kiosk App and the Online program. We look forward to the additions and improvements that Zen Planner will be making.
