Zen word is a challenging word game & brain game that helps to train your brain and sharpen your mind. Zen Word is much more challenging than most other word puzzle games. Unlike crossword puzzles games or word cross games or word scramble games, all words in Zen Word are uncrossed, without any logical connection that can give you hints to help you solve the puzzles.  In Zen Word, you need to search and connect the right letters to find 20 hidden words on average in each level to test your vocabulary. The length of the words is the only clue that will help you find all the words and solve the puzzles. Therefore, Zen Word has very high requirements for your vocabulary and spelling skills. All word puzzles in Zen Word are carefully designed and will definitely give you a completely different challenging experience. 

Also, Zen Word is very different from word-search games. In word search games, your objective is to find and mark all the words hidden inside the letters box. The arrangement of these words in word-search games has clear rules, even if you don't know the spelling of the words, you can still search and find all the hidden words to solve the puzzles. As you find more words, the difficulty of word search games gets easier. However in Zen Word, as you find more words, the difficulty of the game will increase sharply. The rest of the words are extremely hard for you to remember and to spell. In the process of recalling words, you can make your brain sharper. I love the game and I would happily pay a one off payment to remove the ads but I’m not paying a subscription. I also paid for the piggy bank, not realising that you have to pay for it each time. I won’t be doing that again, which is what has turned a 5 star game into a 3 star one.

I seldom write reviews.  This is probably my favorite game app.  Having said that, I will probably delete it once all my points are gone.  My criticism is that the company charges for a license twice.  I have purchased a bundle for $24.99 on two occasions.  Both times I was charged $24.99 not once but twice.  I tried to get it resolved through Apple support but was told that “it is a license not subject to refund.”  Because this has happened to me twice, I intend to use up my points and then delete the app.

Fun game, really like it, but I deleted my old word game in favour of Zen Word because every ad says “No ads” not “no ads when you pay $69 a year to remove ads.” And I believed them, like a darn fool! First day of play was great. No ads unless I wanted a booster. Then today, guess what? Every time you complete a level, AD. Every time you try a new game, AD. Every reward, AD. 

We delete these ads when you lie. Stop lying!
