A priori le même problème que tout le monde depuis longtemps et pas de correction. ### 1/5 — Can't create an account *2025-03-22* I cannot create an account with the app. On the first page of the app I choose to create an account with my email address. I enter my email, receive an email with a sign in link and when I follow that link it opens the app but it just shows the loading animation forever. I have tried deleting and re-downloading the app. ### 1/5 — Signed in, No Reservations *2025-03-14* I made a handful of reservations preparatory to a trip to Paris, all using the same email address. When I signed in using the Magic Link from that email address, the app shows zero reservations. I couldn’t open the app in any way whatsoever to pass the Home Screen and neither could my husband on his phone. We uninstalled and reinstalled, tried everything. There is no customer service just a chat bot that offers 2 auto replies. Die App funktioniert. Beendet man jedoch die App, startet sie nicht mehr. Mit mehreren IPhones in der Familie ausprobiert: immer nur ein weißer Bildschirm mit „Zenchef“ zu sehen. Downloaded app to manage it and to make other other reservations. No restaurants pop up in Beaune or in Dijon. I turned off location bc I thought that might be confusing the app because I am in the states. Nope. I can only see restaurants in Paris and not that many of them. Stick with TheFork to manage reservations while in Europe. I’ve used it many times in Italy, all over Greece and Spain. Never had an issue. Maybe the app is glitching? Not working for me. ### 1/5 — login is screwed up *2026-02-24* i’ve used Zenchef for many years also and it’s former iteration. And it’s been great. Got a new phone went to go login and my login which is through my email address, not a third-party account (Apple, Google, Facebook, etc.) which I do not like to use is completely unavailable. this is really infuriating and not helpful. However, some booking processes trigger the app loading graphic, which is a series of black dots. These dots block you from selecting anything behind it, the ‘3’ for party size in my case.
