Regards! ### 2/5 — Dificult to fund an account from Canada *2025-12-04, version 1.138.0* I downloaded the app because I wanted to fund a Bitget account as that’s what Bitget uses as their intermediary service. I’ve tried to fund a ZEN account using both debit and credit card. I have been denied funding. Zen is saying it’s not on their part, my bank is saying it’s not on their part. It’s in my opinion that Zen.com needs to create their service so it’s has more international trust. I can’t use zen service under its current restrictions. I was excited to use this service as it’s attractive to have a service that allows international transactions, currency conversion and a separate card. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to use their service. I recommend Zen.com improves their user ability and funding services before I will use it again. To my surprise, my verification was rejected without any clear explanation and even worse, there’s no option to try again. It’s extremely frustrating that legitimate users are blocked without a second chance, especially when everything was submitted properly. No transparency, no real support. Which can’t be don’t in UK, therefore meaning you have funds but can’t even access them. When contacting support they ask for your detail, over and over again in order to get through to a human. After an hour of trying I still couldn’t get in touch with a human. Don’t waste your time and avoid this app at all costs ### 1/5 — SCAMMERS!! They’ve stolen my money! I fled domestic abuse and they want details???!!! *2026-07-21, version 2.8.0* I opened a zen account as I needed a new bank separate from my ex partner. I was emergency rehoused with my children due to being at “high risk of homicide”. I got money transferred into the account from a friend on the Friday morning so I could get gas & electric for the emergency house I’ve been placed in, and some food for the kids and myself. It is now Sunday afternoon and after repeated messages saying they’re looking into it, I still have no money in my account. This situation zen has left me in is horrific. Don’t use them, if something goes wrong like this, they don’t care, they don’t sort it out and it shouldn’t have even happened in the first place, I’ve never had a transfer nor come through with any bank, so I really do not recommend this bank, avoid! I’d hate to see them hold onto anyone else’s money, I explained I’m in an emergency situation and they have so be careful! UPDATE! It’s now Tuesday (Friday morning the transfer was made) they still haven’t released my money. They want more details about my fleeing domestic abuse have even asked for more details on the circumstances which involved rape!!! They want evidence! This bank is a disgrace! Do NOT give them your money I am in such bad distress. I have no gas & electric on at the emergency house I have been placed in for my safety and these people are asking for details of my abuse!!!!! I’ve been through this with police extensively causing me bad distress and now the bank is doing it??!! When the funds were returned, they kept the fee and refused to refund me ### 1/5 — SCAM *2026-06-06, version 2.3.1* My account was blocked for no apparent reason and they are not returning my money. Contacting support won't help at all because every time they just say that the case is under review. But it’s been under review for a whole year already😂 stay away from this service. They will definitely take your money. ### 1/5 — Kriminell Vorsicht! *2026-05-13* Größte Hinterwäldler Bank, die es auf diesem Planeten gibt… nicht nur Rückbuchung und nicht von dieser Bank durchgeführt werden. Diese Bank hält sich auch nicht anges Gesetze und Richtlinien und Normen.
