Si vas en el coche y el teléfono está concertado al mismo falla siempre. También desde hace dos meses hay un tiempo desde que suena en la puerta hasta que suena en el teléfono, más de 5 segundos, mi wifi tiene 700 mb. Esto provoca que algunas veces el que llama a la puerta piense que no hay nadie en casa, a veces incluso no suena en el teléfono.

Buenas tardes, señores de Zennio, resuelvan ya de una vez por todas los problemas que venimos sufriendo desde hace meses los clientes. Estos problemas son: ante llamada en videoportero, esta no conecta con la app o se interrumpe antes de descolgar o durante llamada. Estos problemas no son consecuencia de la conexión de red, ya que hemos realizado pruebas dentro de la propia casa, tanto con WIFI doméstico como con red de datos telefónico, así como con terminales distintos.
