Update - Customer service refused to support and resolve issue.

Infuriating. Beware. Will never use them again.

I used it twice and it is very poor app! I paid for tickets for my son events at his school, and the tickets never come! I have to manually contact customer support to send it. It’s 2026 and AI era, yet those guys never heard of automation!

You cannot have 2 children under the same view. 

You have to log in and out all the time to see different KIDS. This is a feature apparently.

However they combine two kids payments against one child for no reason apart from a bug in their app.

This app is not great. There is no ability to make part payments or edit the amount to be paid for example to use 2 different cards. Too basic of an app with nothing unique for the users. 

Why would I pay a fee to split payments when every credit card offers interest free payments ?? This makes zero sense for parents to use.

Unfortunately the app has no Apple Pay installed. Everytime we have to pay something, the card details need to be manually updated which is honestly cumbersome. Unfortunately the school only uses this app so parents are forced to use it to make payments. I would not recommend such an outdated app if left to me.

The app is okay but has serious usability issues. It’s very slow, notifications don’t show properly, the notifications icon in the app is always showing there are new messages when there are none, navigating between messages is clunky, there is no way to filter unread notifications, when you open an attachment, there is no obvious way to go back. Just to name a few!

The Zenda app is simple to use and manage your school payments.  Takes a little getting used to at the beginning but once you know then it’s great and so much better than the usual websites.  Would be great if all schools did the same.
