Then will crash. When trying to open app, a white screen will appear & wont load. ### 2/5 — Pay More, Get Less. *2023-02-28, version 5.9.1* Strangely enough, since I began paying $25 monthly for the Zendesk sell app, the performance has suffered greatly. Multiple issues have not seen any resolution from support. Seeing leads on a map (I fixed this in my own by editing 400+ data entry records manually), adding a deal on the mobile app, seeing a deal on the mobile app, and even using the search function. No resolution after patiently waiting. It’s a shame, because when the app works, it is a nice product. Likewise, what good is a fun car with no tires? ### 4/5 — Pretty good CRM. *2023-02-20, version 5.9.1* A pretty good CRM, that seems to be only now improving after transitioning from ‘Base’ (which was very good) some time ago. But I’m happy that ‘Sell’ is getting there. I like that the tool can be customized quite a lot for example, choosing and rearranging fields. Features such as telephony, email templates and the detailed content CRM records are great. Building a sequence is relatively new and is a bit clunky and I wish I could have ‘scheduled’ emails. The app on my iPhone doesn’t seem to sync well as I continuously have to repeat the same steps when I open the app. Tag labeling is a bit confusing and the wish it were more intuitive. Form building can also use some templates and an upgrade. Keep improving. ### 3/5 — Frustrated it’s no longer free *2022-10-08, version 5.9* I can understand needing to make money but I’m extremely frustrated there’s not a cheaper option. I’ve tracked all of my sales and deals in this app for the past 3 years and they’re leaving me out to dry. I’d consider a $10/month plan but at $25 it’s just not worth it when I’ve been able to use it for free for years. ### 2/5 — Signature Bug *2022-09-02, version 5.9* Signature integrates well, but shows up at the bottom of the entire email chain, under the quoted email you’re responding to. Might as well not even be there since the recipient won’t see it. Because of that one stupid bug, the entire App is pretty useless for business. Also, when you start a new paragraph, it doesn’t automatically capitalize the first letter. **Developer response:** Hi! Twice now that I have had issues that have resulted in lost documents or documents not uploading to contacts, and the customer help team have basically told me that they can’t resolve my issue. I am now unable to use the app because I keep getting a pop up on my screen telling me that I have 9 files that haven’t uploaded. When I click “retry now”, the pop up comes straight back up which disables me from using the app. I rang customer help this morning, they said they could help and then put me on hold....I have just been cut off completely. Not good at all for a paid service!!!!!!! ### 5/5 — Easy to Use *2020-02-27, version 4.21.2* One of the easiest corn apps I’ve ever used. ### 3/5 — Easy to use but frustrating limitations *2020-02-27, version 4.21.2* Overall the app is pretty slick and easy to use. Our main frustrations are in ZD Sell’s limitations like the fact that you can only have one sales pipeline (unless you upgrade to Enterprise and then you only get...2!?!?). This makes it annoying to organize different types of leads, you must use tags or custom fields and then filter, and you can’t have different stage names. Disorganized mess! Comparing to pipedrive, who allows you to add multiple pipelines and customize each one, this is very silly. It wouldn’t cost you anything extra to remove these arbitrary limits, since it’s just extra rows in your database. Another frustrating limitation is that you can only connect one email account. If you are working with VIP clients who happen to have your personal email address which is common in the creative industry I’m in, you wouldn’t be able to connect that account and pull in those emails to ZD Sell. It will only sync emails from one email account. The customer service is horrible. Nobody want to help with issues or questions! So sad I love the functionality but need to find a new platform! ### 1/5 — The app has become unusable and support is non-existent *2023-03-22, version 5.9.1* Have been using ZenSell since it was Base, no real complaints. Mobile app is our primary means of use. For weeks the app has become unusable on all our devices. Even for paid domain, support is poor and elusive (requires chat format that can take days to get response). The only time we’ve been able to speak with a person was when they called to ask how the service was (unfortunately the caller was unable to provide the support we have been seeking). Since they started charging for their services they have gone down hill fast. I was charged for two agents when I only signed up for one and they took 3 months to change it. Contacting customer support is a joke.
