I’ve always struggled to lose weight since having three children. I realize now that it’s because I never had the proper tools to track calories. I was always stuck guessing on my own hoping I was eating in a deficit. Zenfinity has allowed me to take control of my health and truly implement a healthy lifestyle that I can maintain. Zenfinity has helped me feel like myself again!!
