## What is ZenFirm Staff?

ZenFirm Staff is the back office of ZenFirm, the practice-management platform built for Canadian accounting firms. Your clients use the ZenFirm app; this one is for you and your team, so the firm runs from anywhere.

EVERYTHING YOUR CLIENTS DID, IN ONE INBOX
- Inbox+: every client action (uploads, signatures, payments, questionnaire answers) lands as one row to work through and archive.
- Client requests: each ask is tracked until it is resolved, and the clock pauses while the ball is with the client.
- Team chat: channels, direct messages and @mentions that ring on your phone.

WORK THAT MOVES ITSELF
- Jobs and pipelines: onboarding, year-end, incorporation, payroll. Every job advances stage by stage with automations and due dates.
- Tasks: what is on each person's plate today.
- Calendar: appointments booked by your clients on your real availability, mirrored to Outlook and Teams.

YOUR CLIENTS, COMPLETE
- Client files: contacts, documents, questionnaires, engagement letters, invoices and payments in one place.
- Search every questionnaire answer without opening them one by one.
- Billing: invoices, recurring billing and card payments through Stripe.

BUILT FOR FIRMS
- Dashboard: jobs on time, requests resolved on time, clean first pass. Per person, and every number opens on its lines.
- Roles: owners, admins and bookkeepers each see what is theirs.
- Available in English and French. Data encrypted in transit and hosted in Canada. No ads, no data selling, no cross-app tracking.

ZenFirm Staff is for members of an accounting firm that uses ZenFirm. To sign in, you need a team invitation from your firm.
