### 4/5 — Nice app

*2026-06-23*

Nice app. I would like to see the addition of make your own routine eventually. One big error, though, is the calories burned in each workout. They are way, way over estimated. For example, I find it very hard to believe that I burned 400 calories in the 12 minute routine in “Animal Flow for Agility and Strength”. I didn’t even break a sweat. I checked some online calculators and it was probably more like 60 calories. Besides that, it is a beautifully put together app and I enjoy the routines.

### 4/5 — MOVEMENT IS MEDICINE

*2026-04-07*

I have been fairly active my entire life. With the stresses of life has stiffened me as well putting on unwanted weight. This app has been fabulous easing me back into my movements and hopefully shedding some unwanted pounds. At 148 besides being preggo this is the MOST I’ve weighed. Thank you. I plan to keep is up.

### 4/5 — Like the TaiChi movements

*2026-02-23*

But could improve user experience. For instance, allow app to be used on different devices by same user (I cannot move app from my iPhone to my iPad), QC the narratives to match the video movements (sometimes not the same and it’s confusing especially when the narrator doesn’t match right and left), and make transitions between exercises more smooth (sometimes transitions are abrupt). These are things that would reduce distractions and help us focus on the training. Thank you.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback and kind support. We really appreciate you taking the time to point out these details. You raised several very important areas for improvement, including multi-device access, better alignment between narration and movements, and smoother transitions between exercises. We agree that these details matter a lot, because they help reduce distractions and make it easier to stay focused during practice. Your feedback is very valuable to us, and we’ll continue working to make the ZenFit experience smoother, clearer, and more seamless. Thank you again for practicing with us.

### 4/5 — Left and right

*2025-12-31*

If I’m watching someone demonstrating the movements while facing me, don’t use “right” and “left” directions—they appear opposite and distract the mind.

**Developer response:** Thank you for the thoughtful feedback. We completely understand how right and left cues can feel confusing when the instructor is facing the viewer, and how that can interrupt focus during practice. Clear and intuitive guidance is very important in a movement-based experience like ZenFit. We truly appreciate you pointing this out, and feedback like yours helps us continue improving the training experience.

### 4/5 — Relaxing

*2025-11-17*

Good stretch

### 5/5 — Great slow work

*2025-11-12*

Love this program.

### 5/5 — Feels authentic

*2025-11-12*

ZenFit has a clean interface and is very easy to use. Every movement is clearly explained, making it simple to follow even for a first-time user like me.

### 5/5 — Helpful

*2025-11-11*

ZenFit gave me my first taste of the appeal of Chinese-style training. My flexibility and strength have improved. I hope future updates support Apple Watch or other wearable data syncing.

### 5/5 — A Perfect Blend of Ancient Wisdom and Modern Wellness!

*2025-11-06*

I’ve been using ZenFit for a few months now, and I absolutely love it! Unlike other high-intensity fitness apps, ZenFit focuses on calm, mindful movement inspired by Tai Chi, Qigong, and Baduanjin — it’s perfect for anyone looking to restore balance, flexibility, and inner peace.

The lessons are beautifully designed, with clear guidance and soothing pacing. Even as a beginner, I find it easy to follow along. The music and gentle voice instructions make each session feel like a moving meditation.

My favorite programs are the Morning Tai Chi Flow and Baduanjin Relaxation Series. After practicing regularly, my neck and shoulder tension has improved a lot, and I sleep much better. The app interface is clean, intuitive, and the updates keep adding more valuable content.

ZenFit truly brings traditional Chinese wellness into modern life — calm body, peaceful mind. Highly recommended! 🙏✨

### 5/5 — Where is the $35/year option?

*2025-10-18*

I want to take advantage of that price if it is possible

### 5/5 — I like it

*2025-09-18*

I like it, but I wish I could increase the level I’m at. It’s my first time trying tai chi and didn’t know it would be easy. I’m looking forward to my progress. I’m not sure if it’s all in my head or not, but I couldn’t take more than a 5 minute walk for over a year. I did 30 minutes in the morning and 20 in the evening. I’m not sure how this is possible, but I did it. So I’m hoping this will help me get as healthy as possible if this was the cause of my progress in three days.

### 1/5 — Lacking

*2026-06-22*

I had high hopes for this program. The advertisements for it(as commercials between levels on a game) made it seem dynamic, effective, even fun. Reality is far less than that. The graphics are terrible. Almost like a first draft instead of a finished product, very rough. The audible instructions do not match the actions taken by the figure on the screen, making it very confusing as well. Granted, I haven’t been doing this every single day, but it seems like the first seven exercises are tedious, repetitious, and not at all challenging. I paid for a three month subscription, so I will see this thing through. But I don’t recommend it.

Update- almost through the 3- month program. No improvement to my weight or physique. I have downgraded this to a single star. Save your money
Update- up two pounds. Totally a waste

### 1/5 — Starts off REAL slow

*2026-03-27*

Only on day 3 - hope
It picks up! It never does - waste of time and money

**Developer response:** Thanks for trying ZenFit and for your honest feedback. We know the early experience may feel light at first, and we’re continuing to improve it so the value shows up sooner. ZenFit is built to help you feel stronger, calmer, and more balanced step by step. We appreciate you giving it a chance, and we’d love to hear what you hoped to see more of.

### 1/5 — Limited options

*2026-02-28*

Heart health challenge shown in description is not actually available in the app. There are only a few workout options shown. Definitely not worth continuing after free trial.

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re sorry for the frustration. We understand how disappointing it is when the experience in the app does not match what you expected. Tai Chi is widely valued as a gentle practice that may support heart health, relaxation, and overall wellness, and many of its benefits are best experienced through regular practice over time. ZenFit is designed to help users build those habits step by step, and we hope it can be a supportive companion on your long-term wellness journey.

### 1/5 — Free trial lol

*2026-02-18*

The app offered a free trial but after I accepted, I was charged right away.

**Developer response:** Thank you for your feedback, and we’re sorry for the confusion and frustration. We understand how disappointing it is when the billing experience does not match your expectation of a free trial. Subscription and trial charges are managed through Apple, but we agree that the offer details should always feel clear and transparent. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and your feedback helps us continue improving the ZenFit experience.

### 1/5 — Be Careful - Immediate Subscription Lock in instead of Free Trial

*2026-02-17*

I have signed up with the expectation and intention of a 7 day free trial and I am pretty sure the app was also suggesting this. Anyhow, I got locked into a 1 year subscription immediately instead. I find this business tactics very dubious and unacceptable. I have requested a refund through Apple which is still pending. Anyone else wanting to try this app be careful!

**Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we’re very sorry for the frustration and disappointment this caused. We understand how upsetting it is when the subscription result does not match your expectation of a 7-day free trial. Subscription purchases and refunds are handled through Apple, but we agree that trial and billing terms should always be clear and transparent. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, and we sincerely hope your refund request is resolved smoothly.

### 2/5 — Meh

*2026-05-22*

Program was too slow. Also there’s no convenient way to cancel through the app. Have to email and make it more time consuming

### 3/5 — Lacking

### 3/5 — Sometimes not Clear

*2025-08-26*

For some of the more complex movements, the narrative is too fast and not clear. Also does not match the person demonstrating.

**Developer response:** Hi MedChemProf, thank you so much for your thoughtful feedback! 🙏 We truly appreciate you pointing this out. Our team is already exploring ways to improve, such as slowing down explanations and offering more step-by-step guidance.

At ZenFit, our mission is to make learning clear, enjoyable, and accessible for everyone. Your feedback helps us move closer to that goal, and we look forward to bringing you an even smoother and more empowering experience soon! 💪✨

As a senior with more than a little arthritis, I appreciate the slow stretches that work all those tight upper arm and shoulder muscles.

### 5/5 — Thank You, ZenFit

*2025-12-02*

I’m in my late 60s and have dealt with joint problems for years, so I’ve always been careful with exercise. I started using ZenFit to learn Tai Chi, and I’m honestly amazed at how simple and gentle the lessons are. The instructor is so patient and explains every movement clearly, so I never feel lost or pressured.

After a few weeks of practicing, my body feels noticeably better — my joints aren’t as stiff, my balance is improving, and I actually look forward to moving again. At my age, finding something that feels good and is easy to follow is rare. ZenFit has been a real blessing for my health.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this beautiful and encouraging review. We’re deeply grateful that you chose ZenFit as part of your Tai Chi journey. It means so much to hear that the gentle lessons, clear instruction, and supportive pace have helped you feel more comfortable and confident in movement. We’re especially glad to know that your body is feeling better, with less stiffness, improved balance, and a renewed sense of enjoyment in daily practice.
