zenflow is a meditation timer for people who already sit.

Deleting your account now also ends ZenFlow's access to your Apple ID. That link used to be able to outlive the account.

We had counted ten ambient sounds. There are nine — silence is an option, not a recording.

If you had not made an account, the timer would not start. It does now — sit first, sign in later, or not at all.

Before anything leaves your device, the app asks. Nothing is sent unless you agree.

Choosing a language is a plain list now, not a carousel.
