It worked only once now it does not work at all. And now for some reason my App does not work on my other Dashcam anymore. App needs to be updated. Also you website FAQ doesn’t cover anything about troubleshooting on making WI-FI connection. The screen on the camera itself shows all three cameras at once, however the screen is too small to see much detail. I loaded the Zen fox application to my iPhone 12 to connect to the camera. I was able to set up the options that I wanted. However, the live view screen is always black. It does not matter whether I hard reset the phone, uninstall and reinstall the app, the screen is still black. After reading reviews it seems like this is a common problem and the company really needs to take this issue seriously. It’s too bad a really awesome camera system is not able to be utilized effectively because the app is broken. ### 1/5 — Bugs *2022-02-06* App works not so good like I expected when I purchased dash cam. Downloaded the app and loved the idea of easily downloading the files or changing settings on the camera. According to the app, there is a live view. Well, it doesn’t work on iPhones. I have tried uninstalling the app, re installing, power cycling my phone as well as resetting the actual camera….all to no avail. Live continues to fail.
