I keep getting the message this token is active. I haven’t been able to set up a new pin, and still do not have access to the etoken app. Please advise what I need to do. After several weeks of back-and-forth communication with customer service to reactivate the e-token, I received new registration details that do not work. This situation is just terrible! ### 1/5 — Unbelievably Useless *2025-04-15, version 1.0.0* They changed their app without notifying customers. The new app is useless! Four times a dedicated staff tried to make it work and each time one error message or another. Impossible to transfer money to someone without this stupid token!
