Now the "apps" tab is disabled and they've left it with basically a social network within the company. Not at all what we thought it would be. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2018-11-17, version 12.12.3* Really terrible ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2018-10-12, version 12.12.3* I cannot even login to the app. Link to restore the password doesn’t work either. The two apps don’t integrate at all and the authentication fails every time. Near impossible to clear notifications from inbox. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Always Logging In *2025-08-24, version 19.0.1* The app requires you to login to use, then also requires you to login to get into the individual apps, like the PMC Webmail. Getting to an important email takes a long time because you have to go through 2FA twice at least on the app. This doesn’t happen on the web, but the browser version always redirects to the app. ### 1/5 — Glitches *2025-04-19, version 18.3.1* This app has so many glitches. Despite me installing and reinstalling… clearing data and cache, sometimes it gets stuck on a particular app like my learning with no way to go back to the home screen. Also, after attempting to open APC Academy link, it will not load the website. Additionally, trying to do the modules on both my cell phone and iPad does not work when doing the activities. It’s easier to just do the modules on a computer. ### 1/5 — Terrible app *2023-12-23, version 17.2.0* Constant login problems. After I get logged out by the app I try to login again (remember function and saving my password to iPad doesn’t always work) I can’t get the password reset to work so I have to call IT. Of course I can get into my email and messaging board but not the other apps like scheduling. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2023-12-06, version 17.2.0* Do not waste your time trying to complete modules and complete surveys for your compliance with this app. Sit down at a computer as the app is not user friendly and only causes frustration!!!!!!! ### 1/5 — The worst app that I have ever used *2023-10-20, version 17.1.0* There is not a single part of this app user experience that isn’t infuriatingly difficult. Quite possibly the single worst app in the App Store Update. Been using this for years out of necessity. Somehow started out terrible and only gets worse. You can email us at zenith_admins@teamhealth.com. ### 1/5 — Super slow *2020-06-05, version 14.1.0* I will give zero if I can.Its so bad and it takes forever to load the tangier and it takes forever if you try to switch to location schedule.Lot of times I have to delete and reinstall the app to work. **Developer response:** Sorry for the issues you are encountering. Now, merging it’s to a centralized platform makes it much more simplistic. ### 5/5 — Excellent Workplace Collaboration Tool *2019-04-05, version 13.0.0* While Zenith has many features, the most important one is collaboration. Have a question? Ask the channel and someone will reply very quickly. Previously, you had to figure out who to ask or get the run around while someone else figured out who to ask. Extremely helpful as a communication tool. We are still in the early stages of seeing how useful Zenith can be.
