## What is Zenith?

Your Garmin collects the data. Zenith makes it matter
Connect your Garmin watch and get recovery scores, sleep analytics, strain tracking, workout tools, and a community of athletes to train alongside. No new hardware required. Free to download.

• Recovery that actually guides you
Zenith uses machine learning models trained on your HRV, sleep quality, and training load to predict your recovery every morning. From there, you get a recommended strain range for the day so you know whether to push hard or take it easy.

• One score for all your training
Every workout and daily activity rolls into a single daily strain score. For cardio, we analyze your heart rate zones and calculate aerobic strain. For lifting, we calculate muscular strain across 25 individual muscle groups using real population-level strength data from a library of 400+ exercises. Your strain is calibrated to your actual strength level, not just volume or tonnage.

• Sleep debt, not just sleep scores
We go beyond a single sleep score. You get stage-by-stage analysis, efficiency metrics, consistency scoring, and sleep performance. Zenith tracks your sleep debt over time and tells you exactly how much sleep you need to perform and feel your best.

• Beyond reps, real effort
The workout builder lets you create routines, log sets, and use rest timers during your session. We support weighted exercises, bodyweight movements, time-based holds, and assisted bodyweight variations. After your workout, we compute your personal records and progress automatically from your full training history.

• Every activity, analyzed
Running and cycling activities get pace and power zone breakdowns, split analysis, and power curves. Walking, hiking, skiing, and other cardio activities show elevation, speed, and heart rate over time if measured. The Trends tab gives you 7-day, 30-day, and 6-month views across strain, recovery, sleep, and strength. There's a muscle activation heat-map showing which groups you've been hitting and which you've been neglecting.

• Compete with your crew
Follow friends, check leaderboards, and see how your training stacks up. And when you hit a PR, a big ride, or a great night of sleep, you can now share your charts straight out of the app and ready for Instagram, messages, or anywhere else you want to post them. Training is personal, but it doesn't have to feel lonely.

• Your complete wellness hub
All your health and fitness data in one place. Sleep, strain, recovery, HRV, and activity metrics flow together to give you the complete picture. Zenith needs about a week of data to establish your personal baselines, then calculates your metrics from your own history.

• Works with your Garmin
Any Garmin watch that syncs to Garmin Connect works with Zenith including: Forerunner, Fenix, Epix, Venu, Instinct, vivoactive, and more. Keep using Garmin Connect exactly as you do now. Zenith reads your data automatically in the background.

Pricing
Free to use with core features (recovery, strain, sleep, activities). 7-day free trial of Pro included. After the trial, Premium is $59.99/year or $9.99/month, unlocking your full history: unlimited past days, extended trends, all-time records, and full muscle heatmap history.

### 5/5 — Love it! Looking forward to using it for our 50-Mile September Challenge. Breaking 50 miles into…

*2026-08-24*

Upgrading to the paid subscription starting in September.

I’m not a runner, but I was encouraged to join a group with a goal of completing 50 miles in September. Breaking that goal down into daily and weekly milestones made it feel completely achievable—even for someone like me. It’s a simple but motivating way to stay consistent, and I’m excited to get started.

### 5/5 — Becoming my favorite app. Great UI, features, metrics!

*2026-08-04*

This app offers a lot and the dev team seems to continuously add new features and improvements. It's a app I think fits both casual users and active users, especially data nerds active users.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the great review! We are always looking for ways to improve the app, as you mentioned, so feel free to make any requests. We are open to supporting anything.

### 5/5 — Great fitness app

*2026-06-23*

Loving this fitness app! It has so much data and information but it’s so easy to use. Great for beginners or seasoned athletes.

**Developer response:** Thank you very much! We are glad that you are finding the app easy to use. We want to ensure that users of all fitness levels have a good experience. Please let us know if there are any features or improvements you'd like us to work towards.

### 5/5 — Great app!!

*2026-06-19*

Gives me insights into my health that are amazing.

**Developer response:** Thank you. We are constantly looking for ways to improve the app and are working on providing more tailored insights right now. If there's anything in particular you'd like us to add please let us know.

### 5/5 — Great all-around fitness tracker!

*2026-05-26*

I have my Garmin watch sync with this app, and it does and amazing job of interpreting the data. It’s especially helpful for tracking how much strain I’m under, and if I should push myself on my workouts or take it easy.

I both lift and run. I’ve found that Garmin is good at interpreting running strain, but garbage at lifting. Garmin’s app thinks lifting puts basically zero strain on my body and then is confused when I need recovery after. Zenith is much better at interpreting all of my workouts together, plus sleep and recovery, for a better overall health snapshot. Plus it’s got cool charts and body maps of which muscles you’ve worked, which I love. Highly recommend!

**Developer response:** Thanks so much! The lifting gap was one of the first things that motivated us to build this. Garmin doesn't really treat lifting like real work, and it's frustrating to see that not reflected in their training load. We'll continue working on weightlifting and make sure it's still something you'll love in the future.

### 5/5 — Great Activity Tracking App

*2026-05-18*

I got my Garmin watch recently and it’s a great fit for me because it’s easy to swim and sleep with. The Garmin app definitley lacks in some areas and I love that Zenith easily connects with my Garmin and really goes in depth with my metrics. It’s easy to navigate, asesthically pleasing, and a great visual representation for my activity stats.

**Developer response:** Thanks for the kind words! The fact that the visual side is landing means a lot because we've spent tons of time on it. We're glad you got a Garmin and if anything's ever missing as you settle into the Garmin ecosystem, our inbox is open.

### 5/5 — Simplified Training

*2026-05-12*

I have an Oura ring, muse, Coros, Garmin, and nothing has improved my performance like Zenith. It’s easy to use and monitor health metrics have made it easy to see when I need to push and when to pull back. I’m banking on Zenith to help me train for my next ultra, while navigating a family and career with travel. If you are not using Zenith you are in the dark on training and recovery and that’s no big Whoop. Easily the most valuable addition to my training and recovery!

**Developer response:** Thanks, this made our day! And "no big Whoop" gave us a laugh. Best of luck on the ultra prep, and if there are any features missing that will help you prepare better let us know. Our inbox is always open.

### 5/5 — Overall Great Health App

*2026-05-12*

Tracks via my garmin. It gives metrics daily so that I can start my day knowing how much I need to do and at what effort.

Really helpful as well for sleep quality and exercise effort.

Highly recommend for people that are wondering what their performance metrics are!

**Developer response:** Thanks Aaron! We're really glad the app is working for you. "Knowing how much I need to do and at what effort" is exactly why we built Zenith. If anything's ever missing, let us know.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.5.0 — 2026-08-31

Referrals, Garmin strength imports, and a rebuilt community feed and profile.

Referrals: share your code and your friend gets 30 days of Zenith Pro on the spot. You earn rewards as people join. Enter a code during onboarding or from the paywall menu.

Garmin strength workouts: lifts recorded on your watch now come through with exercises, sets, reps and strain instead of an empty screen. Where Garmin is confident about the exercise you get a full score. Where it isn't, sets and reps still count and we don't guess at a name.

Community, rebuilt: profiles got a full redesign, and the Summit card was rebuilt around a single metric strip so a hard day and a rest day no longer share a silhouette. Shared summit links match the new look.

Nap editing: change the start and end time of a nap after you log it.

Plus a batch of fixes across sleep, naps, charts, and community from your reports.

### 1.4.0 — 2026-08-19

Stress is now available Zenith, plus Lock Screen widgets and rebuilt Progress and Trends.

Stress: a full stress screen with an all-day curve you can scrub through, time in each zone, and a comparison against your typical day. The window runs sleep to sleep rather than midnight to midnight, so a late night lands on the right day. Six-month trends for high stress time and your zone breakdowns show you whether the pattern is moving.

Lock Screen widgets: recovery, sleep, and strain on your Lock Screen, plus quick actions like starting a workout.

Google Sign-In: create your Zenith account with Google, alongside Apple Sign-In and magic links.

Landscape heart rate charts: turn your phone sideways for a wider read of your day. A hint on Home points it out the first time.

Progress, rebuilt: swipeable metric tabs on the chart itself, a searchable sport picker that leads with the activities you actually do, and forward and back navigation through past periods. Lifting gets its own tabs for time, activity count, and muscle load.

Relevant articles now sit below your Trends and Progress charts, so the number comes with the context behind it.

A new Emerald accent color across the app, notes on synced activities, and a batch of fixes from your feedback across charts, icons, and navigation.
