If it was possible to give it a zero star I would have. The whole zenith bank operation is useless. For over a year, I have been unable to set this up to use with my iPhone 14 and now iPhone 15. And for this reason, I cannot reset my mobile app password expect I fly down to the country and visit a branch. I have sent emails, tried the chat us option and I was referred to visit the bank. I also attempted to go through the internet banking and I was told I have an hardware token, to which I never applied for. When I attempted to reset the supposed hardware token because, I am not sure if a fraud is being attempted on my account, it says I do not have an hardware and I am still confused.
