The website seems really good, but when I tried to make a new booking forms is there a bit witch I can’t edit anything.

I strongly agree with the concerns raised in other reviews. I was also a long-time user of this app and consistently felt uncomfortable dealing with their customer service. The overall tone was negative, and interactions very awful and disrespectful specifically with AMAR playing to be CEO of bad service. 

Like others have mentioned, my bill increased unexpectedly. Being charged extra simply for services which were included before.

App won’t let me sign in. At one point was saying my account was inactive, which it wasn’t. Then let me sign in for 2 days. Now it doesn’t let me do anything. I put my password and username and hit login and absolutely nothing happen. Garbage app

Trying to scroll up or down withing the calendar list keeps glitching while taking a long time to load the previous weeks.  Often times if there is a note on the account - it takes a good while to load (regardless of my connection to WiFi or cellular). The notify the client that I’m on my way does not work. At all.

I used this app for years and never felt comfortable with their staff. The overall attitude was extremely negative, and customer service mixed personal feelings with business. My bill was suddenly increased by $60 just because I asked several times how to reactivate a worker, which I found unfair and unprofessional.

Amar, in particular, was rude and dismissive. Instead of providing support, he accused me of “asking too many questions” and tried to force me to upgrade my plan. His tone was disrespectful and showed very little tolerance or tact, especially towards women.

In the end, I moved over 36 properties to ResortCleaning, which offers better integrations without charging extra for speaking to a human. I truly hope Zendmaid rethinks its customer service approach — because experiences like this push long-time customers away.

As a business owner, theres is a lot of functions that would help a lot if they added those in the APP as well. For example: If I dont have my notebook with me I need to wait to fix schedule, send invoices, booking cancellation &more.

One of the more annoying things about the app and website is when I input a new customer and their appointment and then save, often it won’t show up on the calendar. I’ll even try to add them on the calendar and it won’t pull up their name at all, so I have to go back through emails, re-input the customers information, pricing, appointment etc, and then maybe after the second or third time it will finally save and be on the schedule and I can move on to the next task. This is causing a lot of extra work and is frustrating.

My biggest issue so far, as a native English speaker, is the failure to get a native English speaker to help with the onboarding process. I politely explained that I couldn’t understand most of what the first customer service rep was saying, and they didn’t understand me most of the time, so I asked for a native English speaker or someone who had a more competent grasp of the language, the second rep I got was just as bad, my colleague and I were dumbfounded and frustrated at this over-site. Whatever the language you are doing business in, isn’t it just common sense to hire people who speak it well and can communicate clearly? Why make things impossible for your own clients? 

Update: It’s not an issue of an accent, it’s simply not understanding questions or request we have and not giving clear information. so essentially not being able to get effective support. You can be diverse and still put people in roles they are well suited for.

I sent you an email regarding the same feedback you posted internally. I'm happy to help and myself, along with many customer facing reps at ZenMaid do not have a heavy accent. I understand that sometimes, a heavier accent can pose challenges. Please know that everyone you'll encounter both client facing and even in the internal staff all speak English. We are a diverse group, but understand you would like the onboarding experience to be a bit different. We're happy to accommodate!

I use this app for work (I’m self employed and work for a cleaning business) the app is so easy to use and navigate. It also never faulters. Been using it for a year now and I find it brilliant. I log in on my way to work and know what addresses I need to attend, where to find keys, gate and alarm codes, and the clock in and clock out times ensure I get paid to the minute. 

There’s also space to add notes if you’ve forgotten to clock in or if the plants need watering etc for the next person and also add pictures. You can also send a message to the owner letting them know you’re on the way. Great app and I highly recommend
