The problem is that debts are divided into two categories, and I have given and I have given them as one category. Such a system is misleading. Но стоило мне выйти со своего аккаунта, то войти обратно я уже просто не могу. Авторизация через Гугл не работает. Обращалась по имейл в тех. поддержку — ответа нет. Очень обидно. Приложение нравилось, но такие банальные вещи и ты потерял доступ ко всему финансовому за 6 лет. ### 2/5 — Есть минусы *2026-06-12* Интеграции у ВТБ постоянно отваливаются - каждый раз нужно перепривязывать. Яндекс Банк уже который месяц невозможно подключить то с ошибкой 59, то с какой-то другой. Ну и без полноценной десктоп или веб версии планирование невозможно нормально использовать, так как любой мобильный интерфейс имеет свои ограничения. Transactions list is slow and scrolling often feels like it’s “jelly”. App randomly freezes while adding new expense. Category icons disappear. Сменил телефон и часть банков перестала синхронизироваться. 2 недели не могут исправить синхронизацию с т-банком,поддержка игнорирует. Also, the app doesn’t support my bank and has no option of manual entry which I prefer anyways. Disappointing. I’d like you to delete my account from your database. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Категорически не советую данное приложение !!! *2026-08-09* Купил подписку годовую, постоянно что-то отваливается не работает, на данный момент не работает не один банк из 10 пишет у вас старая версия приложения, хотя это последняя доступная версия, до поддержки не дописаться - это просто ужас какой-то! **Developer response:** Понимаем вашу реакцию — сообщение действительно сбивает с толку. Извините за путаницу, мы его исправим. Речь идёт о новой версии, в которой как раз исправлена проблема с обновлением данных банков, о которой вы пишете. Она скоро появится в сторе. Сейчас ничего дополнительно делать не нужно — достаточно дождаться новой версии и обновить приложение. Очень плохо работает синхронизация, нужно танцевать с бубном, чтобы все свои банки подключить. Графики интуитивно не понятны вообще, непонятная настройка целей. The short nuggets that it gives like this month savings is higher etc. are really helpful plus the analytics through AI are insightful! Telegram bot as well gives good insights regularly. I am hoping this app will improve as lot of help sections are still non-english.
