I was able to create an account and answer questions for a session, then spinning circle of doom. I tried rebooting the app, frozen screen. I tried deleting and reinstalling the app, same frozen screen. I searched the FAQ which points to a “help” that doesn’t exist. I tried clicking the help link here in the App Store which goes to 404 Not Found. I’m assuming this app is defunct? I’m sad. Best, The Zenna Team ### 4/5 — Updated review *2025-11-02* I was able to delete the app, reinstall and start with a new account and it worked! The sounds are odd but soothing. It doesn’t help much when I’m in the midst of a full blown migraine, but then again nothing does. It certainly doesn’t hurt. When I catch it early, I think this does provide a little relief and distraction. Best, The Zenna Team ### 5/5 — Pleasant surprise. *2025-08-15* Decided to give this a try after seeing their efficacy info on their social page. Was frankly skeptical that 80% of folks said they felt less pain. Tried it and I have to say, it minimized my migraines! The app’s questionnaire is a bit excessive imho but after you get over that, when the sound starts to play, my brain just calmed down. So this thing works for me and will keep using it.
