Used this app in Manila since 2015. Unfortunately, on recent visits, it’s extremely difficult to find anyone available. “Remind me when someone’s available” doesn't work at all. It’s probably easier to rely on another service / book elsewhere nowadays.

The most ridiculous issue with this app is that they allow you to rate therapists, see their ratings, and favorite them but you can’t actually filter out low rated or bad therapists. When you’re matched with one and you try to cancel they quickly begin charging you for the cancellations. It has actually started to seem like a bit of a scam. It could be a phenomenal experience if they would fix this.. as it is I’m afraid this frequent user is going to have to go elsewhere.

I used to love the app until this week when I badly needed to book medical tests and the app gets stuck with a review page that keeps coming up even after submitting a review. One cannot do anything else on the app because of it. Please fix it!

This app had what I needed. I entered my name, email address, and credit card info.

Ordered the service I wanted then this app required a Facebook account to be linked. Some people don’t have and don’t want a Facebook account.

I deleted my credit card info. Giving this app a one star. Then deleting it.

Maybe in the future, businesses might realize they are losing real paying customers because they require a Facebook account.

Zennya sent me a therapist that was on advance booking. They made me wait for an hour and As we were about to start the session zennya’s system canceled the session and their customer service had the nerve to tell me to book another one. THIS IS HOW ZENNYA TREATS THEIR LOYAL CUSTOMERS.

The actual services from the therapists are good, and I have no complaint.  The actual app is faulty. The app froze and would not let me come off one of the sub-menus no matter how many times I closed the app and re-opened it. I decided to uninstall and then reinstall the app, but since doing this I have been unable to login to the app.  The app assumes I'm trying to create a new account and notifies me that my account already exists and leaves me at the login page.  I've attempted to contact customer service multiple times through texts and emails with no response from either.

It's been 2 weeks and I can't book a massage with my favorite therapist. I'm thinking of not using the app altogether! I've been wasting my time waiting for my booking to be accepted. I've patronized Zennya since it's launched and I don't feel that my loyalty matters.

The ‘customer service staff’ explained that it’s because of growing demand. I don’t think that’s the reason. My favorite therapist had been available for like 3 hours and he’s not that far from me -but my booking was never accepted.

Then the ‘staff’ further explained that the therapist was out of range. Zennya has been decreasing that range. I was able to book that therapist for a good of number of times even if he was in that location. That conversation is pointless and will lead to nowhere.

Zennya app started with a promise but now is a disaster. The Zennya team will not go the extra mile (or even lift a finger) to console a dissatisfied loyal customer. They have a lot of reasons for the disservice but never take actions to save the customer relationship.

PS. I avail Zennya services at least once a week on the average - and I can freakin’ prove that! After spending thousands of pesos for Zennya, I feel I deserve some ‘going the extra mile’ customer service. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

This is now my go to app for all my medical and health services. I get my flu shots yearly with zennya and get regular blood tests every few months and massages every week, and online doctors consults as needed. Always professional and the medical and wellness products used in the services are top notch.

I’ve been booking, at least twice a week, zennya’s wellness services since I’ve arrived here in the Philippines. However, I’ve never once considered using this App for medical (perhaps bcz unconsciously I associated medical services to clinic or hospital), which I’ve quickly regretted after I received my first two medical services (covid test and flu test). I have to thank a friend of mine who vouched for the quality of zennya’s medical services which later on I’ve done to my family and friends. It truly is the most efficient, safest and even affordable medical home services available not just in the Philippines but also in the US. Highly recommended

One of the best UX I ever saw in an App, the navigation is easy and friendly, the range of services is very complete, and the quality of the massages and the professionalism of the therapists is always beyond my expectations. No spa could compete with them since they are very well trained, very polite and no cash involved. I recommended it already to many friends, don’t hesitate it and try ordering asap!

Zennya has been the biggest “life-changer” app for me since Uber. I no longer have to sit in traffic, instead the therapists come to your home. I really love the new services geared towards men as well. Push a button. Get an amazingly trained therapist at your home in minutes. It’s that simple, and it’s so inexpensive I can afford to get one every day. Love it!

I never imagined that massage services through an app could deliver such a professional and therapeutic massage. I travel a lot for work and a quality massage is of the essence. I tried several professional services both in Manila and back home in New York that simply didn't deliver, and often times amplified the pain. I was surprised with the consistent quality Zennya offered and can finally say I found a service I can trust. Now if only they can expand back home in the states, I would be the happiest person. For now I'm just lucky I visit Manila often enough! Thanks Zennya for the healing hands!

I travel a lot with work, and dont always stay in a location with spa sevice. This company uses really well trained and professional people, and arrival times for the services are as displayed in the uber-esque app. Excited to be able to use them more often, after they expaned beyond manila.

I love the way this app puts you in touch with physicians and other medical support but am amazed that it is only really optimized for phone size devices. A tablet or desktop size would be great though at least its available on desktop.
