Nothing new has been put out in regards to workouts since March so you’re practically paying them for no reason with no way to cancel. Everything reporting to BBB has gone unanswered in almost a year. DO NOT sign up!!! ### 1/5 — RUN AWAY!! Horrible company! Theft and Scam *2022-06-18* This company is a scam! I ordered their gym 1.5 months ago. They charged me for the gym and for the app. Nothing was sent. No one answers their phone, no one returns voicemails, no one answers emails. ### 1/5 — It's a total rip off *2022-05-31* Never get the subscription, the app is awful and the video quality is bad. There is no easy way to cancel the subscription. You need to call the customer support, but I wonder if they even have one, as the phone is never picked up. The volume on the videos is terrible- have to constantly watch my device to see what they are doing. Can’t stream to my TV. Who wants to do a workout on a phone when you have a tv? At one point the app glitches and shut down my entire phone. Everything was frozen. Not a good experience. ### 5/5 — Epic Trainers Been Sore for days *2022-01-11* I did Joey’s HIIT class and it kicked my butt and wa sore fore days. I do my workouts in my courtyard just to get out of the house and it’s super convenient and easy to move around. Both my wife and I share the bench since she likes to workout in the afternoon and I prefer the mornings. Stoked on this new app and excited to join their new Live classes. My only suggestions would be to add more trainers and more cardio exercises! So I can trim that winter coat ⚡️🔥💪🏼 ### 5/5 — Built-in accountability partner *2022-01-10* This app has taken my workouts from going through the motions to focused and intense! My Apple Watch syncs during the sessions so I can track all of my progress, which has motivated me to be consistent. Trainers are well versed and great at breaking down each exercise so you know what you should be feeling. The app used to have videos so you could learn some workouts. Now they want you to get a subscription model. Not everyone wants to pay to learn workouts.
