We used to get more good substitutes for the medicines along with drug compositions in cheaper rates when entered in search bar. But now the app hardly provides couple substitutes for the medicine on the app whereas the pharmacist still provide cheaper substitutes in the zeno pharmacy store. They are very rude, 0 politeness in the tone and unprofessional. Its the 3rd time wid me i am experiencing this and this time was pathetic. I spoke to one of yur executive miss pooja there and she had no respect, no empathy for the medicines which were not available at yur end. She was too rude to handle and eventually i had to disconnect the call without even listening to her all for MY medicines.
