Esta app me ha ayudado a poner en práctica la meditación. Hace mucho tiempo me interese por el budismo, y por el Zen en particular, esta app me ha ayudado a serenar esos demonios que todos llevamos dentro. Con pocos minutos al día, puedes lograr grandes cambios, eso sí, tienes que tomártelo en serio. Muy recomendable.
