Cela évite de payer aussi cher que chez indigo de Vinci ou les autres grands groupes de parking. De plus quand on voit les commentaires des grands groupes sur Paris, ça fait peur de garer son véhicule ,avec Zenpark. We got stuck at a parking and the app was not responding or allowing us to open the door and leave. We were trapped and there’s no support or emergency assistance number. It was a very unpleasant situation.
