App support from my end doesn’t work either. ### 1/5 — Fail *2019-09-17, version 3.9.1* Constantly says unavailable 🙄 ### 1/5 — Basic *2019-02-23* I’ve been using Zenshifts for about 6 weeks now and compared to other rostering apps available, it is very basic. ### 2/5 — We need calendar syncing *2019-01-20* I had to change to this app (because of management) from When I Work and now I can’t sync my roster with my calendar. Lucky my shifts don’t change, but still... huge letdown! App looks pretty and all but who cares if it’s worthless!? I’ll try to log in multiple times then end up using internet on my phone and have no problems whatsoever logging in. It’s crazy, I just want to check my start times and I have to update it again! 2 days later .. SAME THING! Also bring back the feature where you can see everyone who is working that days start and end times. It’s a nightmare to deal with when it does this because I click update, it will take me to the App Store and in the App Store it’s already updated so it obviously it won’t let me update but the app demands that I update it. Pretty wild that contact details for Zenshifts are so invisible. We have been using Zen Shifts from the start and it’s been great, yes some updates have been required but don’t see why this is so hard! Great app, great staff!! Thankyou all!! ### 5/5 — Great app! *2017-09-09, version 2.0* So handy having our staff roster on hand all the time. ### 4/5 — Bad update *2019-09-11* After updating the app yesterday I went to do the roster on my phone and couldn’t there was nothing in position so I’d thought ok and then tried starting with the employees names but there wasn’t any. This needs to be fixed never had a problem before why now? I’ve deleted it and reinstalled it and I have the same issue. I haven’t had any problems with this app up til now so I’m not sure what’s going on with it? Can someone please advise? I have updated my iOS today to 15.6 so that is up to date.
