## What is Zensorium Connect V2?

Self by Zensorium is an advanced wearable that provides insights in to your wellness for better mindful living. 

Zensorium Connect is the only APP that can use with Self By Zensorium, the mindfulness tracker.

The wearable that measures you stress, tracks your activity, monitors your heart rate and provides advanced sleep measurement of REM/NREM to deliver a holistic assessment of your health.

To use Zensorium Connect, user account and Self By Zensorium are required separately.
