### 1/5 — About as bad as everyone makes it out to be

Constant login requests. Take a few minutes to even get in the apartment now, rather just use a physical key/keycard if I had the choice

Edit - also, emails coming from them show up with a warning in outlook “we can’t verify that this email came from the sender so it might not be safe” which I’ve only ever seen come up on phishing emails?

I tried to sign in the app because my campus uses this app to open doors and it said to login with my school account and I put the exact login and it does not work. I get an error message saying wrong email or password. I tried multiple passwords I use and none of them worked. I tried resetting the password with an email and the email never came to my inbox.

The app seems to be having trouble all the time. It logged me out every time I close the app and I have to log back in when I’m sitting at the door. When it does work, there are no labels on the door so I have to guess which store it is. Definitely needs to improve.

The app works well enough regarding its primary function. However, every time the app is closed and reopens, it asks for me to sign in again. A hassle, but not too challenging. But there’s no Face ID log in for this app. So I have to manually put in my credentials every time I open the app from close. Very frustrating.

How is this app so bad??? This is the first review I leave for an app after being on iOS for 20 years….. This app is so broken. The sign in process is terrible and it constantly prompts you. You will find yourself standing outside a common area lock while carrying things and trying to go through their 20 required steps just to log in. The trying to find the lock you need to open. It would be great if you could tap your phone to open or at least have TRUE face ID instant login to the app not a redirect to a mobile site to enter credentials! 

P.S. I work in the tech industry… This is not user error, this is a horrible app. 

Look at how solid Open Path or several other apps are. You have to step up your QA game with your dev team!

A good app with a very basic interface. The recent update has caused my account to log out every time I close the app. I’ve reinstalled the app with no fix.

Since the last update, I have had to log into the app multiple times every day.  Today I had to log into the app 3 times.  Please revert whatever you changed in the app recently.

Zentra made accessing my apartment so quick and easy!  I don’t ever need to carry keys (or my wallet) ever again!  Now my phone opens my door, starts my car, and pays for my purchases!  Fantastic!  I’m glad I moved to this apartment, I’ll never rent anywhere that doesn’t have Zentra ever again!

Our apartment complex recently went digital with our locks and we constantly get logged out. The app times out. We sometimes have to wait 3-4 minutes to get logged back in and for our lock to be activated. In the event of an emergency this would be a disaster. In the rare event we aren’t timed out it works fine but far too inconsistent and inconvenient for me to rate it anything better than a 1 star. It’s not just us either, it’s literally everyone we talk to in our “high end resort community”.
