How can this be so easy with other companies and such a nightmare with Zentro? ### 1/5 — Horrible service *2025-02-25* Slow Internet claim to have 1000 Mbps bottom line all you’re getting is maybe 300 if you’re lucky keeps going up and down really bad service, I would not recommend a service ever. Also, customer service have no idea how to help you. Last week I’ve been having even slower speeds I contacted Zentro first Customer Service hung up and she couldn’t call me back. I had to call again. Wait on the phone again just for the manager to tell me after four hours of trying to troubleshoot over the phone that he’s gonna call me tomorrow tomorrow there was a week ago. He never contacted me back. No one has contacted me from the company.
