The more you meditate, the more planets you can unlock. Each planet has multiple levels (each level is one meditation), which all have to be completed before you can unlock the next planet. You start on the Planet 1, which is already unlocked by default. You start completing levels on Planet 1. After you completed all levels, you unlock Planet 2, and so on. We regularly add new planets with new levels so there will always be more for you to explore. Planets are designed to keep you motivated in a fun way, and to make sure you meditate regularly for a longer period of time. JOURNAL Every day, you can check-in how you are feeling that day, and write down what's on your mind. Let’s start by addressing the most obvious topic: price. Compared to other popular meditation apps, it’s much more affordable and, at my surprise, there is NO subscription! There are many meditations to choose from and they offer different lengths of meditations which is great. I’ve owned this app only for few days and they already added few new meditatons, so the library is growing. I really enjoy the ambience sounds, I play them before sleep and they help me so much!
