## What is ZENVC?

The ZENVC App offers a resource hub for community-based practice and learning of Nonviolent Communication, using a Mindfulness-based approach. The app contains a growing library of video, audio, and other digital resources, and community messaging channels for peer support. These include practical training courses, guided meditations, and handy references for practice and learning. Installing the app is free of charge.
