## What is ZenWalk?

Find your walking rhythm with ZenWalk. Alternate easy and brisk intervals with a clear timer, gentle sounds, and progress you can follow at a glance.

WALK YOUR WAY
• Quick: 60 seconds fast + 90 seconds slow, 6 cycles, 15 minutes.
• Standard: 60 seconds fast + 90 seconds slow, 10 cycles, 25 minutes.
• Endurance: 90 seconds fast + 135 seconds slow, 12 cycles, 45 minutes.
• Custom: choose a fast interval and cycle count; the slow interval stays 1.5 times the fast interval.
• Pause, resume, or end a walk whenever you need to.
• Treadmill mode with motion-based step counting.

CLEAR CUES, EVEN WITH YOUR PHONE LOCKED
• See your remaining walking time on the Lock Screen.
• View the countdown in Dynamic Island on supported iPhones.
• Pause or resume directly from the Live Activity.
• Distinct, gentle sounds mark fast intervals, completed cycles, and the end of your walk.
• Preview the sounds in Settings.

YOUR PROGRESS
• Review walking history, estimated calories, and achievements.
• Walking history is stored locally and queued for optional cloud sync. Reopen ZenWalk after a walk to view its summary.
• Optionally connect Apple Health steps for walking medals.

ZenWalk requires iOS 18.5 or later. Scheduled notifications cue pace changes while the app is in the background. Notification delivery and sounds follow your iPhone notification, Focus, and volume settings. Distance and calorie values may be estimates.

Try ZenWalk with a limited number of free walks. Monthly and yearly Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited walking sessions. Subscription prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings.
