But I do have a wish list of things this app would do!! - Video Meetings (like Google meets/teams) **Developer response:** Thank you for the kind words! You can start a video meeting via Google Meet, Teams, or Zoom right from Zenzap chats, just tap the call icon in the top-right corner of a conversation. ### 4/5 — Decent but not perfect yet. *2025-06-14* Have recently moved to Zenzap and generally seems fine. However the biggest issue that is not helpful is not being able to search within individual group chats, only search the app as a whole. From to-do’s to scheduling meetings in app, it has beaten all our existing platforms. We’re looking forward to the WhatsApp integration as that’ll be a game changer, allowing us to streamline work comms both internally & externally! We kept reverting back to Whatsapp for its simplicity. Unfortunately, after using it for 2 days just fine, my app crashes within 10-15 seconds so I cannot use it anymore. Seems like yet another data trawl. Its user interface was hardly intuitive to use or easy on the eye. So I just deleted and went back to WhatsApp. ### 1/5 — Desktop App is the WORST *2025-12-17* It will not open, just keeps freezing and crashing! And to use the program on Desktop it lags and take forever for you to see messages that were sent to you. Sometimes only get the messages couple of hours later than when someone sends them. This is not great when it could be something work related that’s urgent. For this reason all my staff in both businesses want to move back to WhatsApp. Get this fixed and rating will be 5 stars and staff will be happy. **Developer response:** Thank you for sharing your feedback.
