As the title says very good app but not great well not yet anyway.
I personally only have the free version as to be honest I am not willing to pay £15.99 due to the simple fact that it’s not my business. 
If the individual Price was Max £5.99 per month. I would be all over it.
Then corporate(multiple devices/users) was more then yeah maybe more business would buy it.
Pressing the green success button sometimes it does not work. 
Few other bits that need simplifying on the app, but I think the paid version get it.

UPDATE 22.1/26: The success but does work now but did not at time of original review.
Love the app still.

Some personal experience improvement needed. Manual map editing, geo map updates,partial typed  business recognition needed, just needs polishing to be as good as the best(which I won’t mention).

O app é bom, porém gostaria de entender a lógica de pagar 1000 reais e não poder usar o app somente a versão web sendo que ela não funciona na versão móbile do navegador. Parabéns ao desenvolvedor. Desinstalando em 3.. 2.. 1..

Recomendamos o uso do aplicativo móvel para uma melhor experiência.

We have used several different routing apps and this has been the worst one. The software puts at least one stop in a random place nowhere close to the actual address every week for us. It also defaults to GPS coordinates which sends our drivers through alleys and to people’s backyards. We’ve had to come up with our own workarounds for the parcel count not showing up for our drivers at stops. When we’ve tried to chat with customer service for help, they have given us initial replies to say they’re checking with their team but then will leave the issue for several weeks with no answer. We will not be using Zeo any longer. It has been nothing short of useless for us.

Also takes very long to respond when used after coming back to app after using maps


Also the notes on one item gets into another item confusing us

J’ai payé un forfait d’une semaine à +6€ pour tester. Je travaille en livraison en Belgique mais je vis en France. Il m’est impossible de prendre en photo mes feuilles avec les listes des adresses car l’app ne fait pas la différence entre prénom adresse etc.. je modifie mes feuilles et y laisse que les adresses, l’app ne les encode pas toutes correctement, je ne peux pas prévoir mon trajet en avance car quand je suis en France, aucune adresse en Belgique n’est acceptée !!!!!!!!!!!!! Les trajets me font perdre du temps au lieu de m’en faire gagner car quand je vais d’un point A à un point B l’app ne me signale pas qu’en fait, je passe aussi par le point C, que je pourrais tout faire d’un coup au lieu de devoir valider le point B et retourner sur mes pas (en voiture). Très nul.

The app supposedly has a feature that allows you to write in custom reasons for failed deliveries, but it simply does not work. It clearly shows them in the system, but the drivers cannot access them. When trying to reach support, I have to wait 15+ minutes between replies, and they are effectively useless as they either don’t fully respond to my questions or just don’t know.

Tried to enter the simplest NY permit ever, aside from staying on 84, and yet it couldn’t program it remotely correct, no matter how much I tried to edit the stops. If I’m on US-9 in Rensselaer NY, and it says to turn left on Broadway in  .3 miles, it shouldn’t keep trying to make me drive 2,000 miles to some Broadway in California. Not gonna waste 150/yr if I getting the photo feature to work is a losing battle.

This app does not put locations in the correct spot on the map making it absolutely impossible to map a route much less optimize a route. I wasted so much time and money because I was taken to the wrong places. What a joke. Don’t bother hitting up support you’ll end up being the one to help them. Just awful. I wish I could get a refund.
