Emailed support with proof on 04 Aug, no response in over a week, toll-free call also didn't help. Escalating to the consumer helpline if this isn't fixed. The app showed full wallet amount where as it was consumed due too chsrging. The charging was stopped without any reason whatsoever. Repeated attempts to diagnose the cause of charging stopped failed. After topping up my wallet taking an educated guess, the start charging option ket greying out.
