## What is ZEP Timetracking for Projects?

This app is used as a mobile client to record working and travel time as well as receipts in the cloud-system ZEP - Time-tracking for projects. Administration of projects, user assignments, reporting etc. is done in the web based solution ZEP.

Please note: this app is a mobile client for the web-based cloud solution ZEP. Usage requires a valid ZEP license or ZEP testing license with an activated smartphone support module.

Privacy Policy:
This App asks for your ZEP URL, userid and password. This information is used to logon and synchronize your project data and time records with ZEP. Other personal data (e.g. names, phone numbers, email-addresses etc) is neither collected, accessed, stored nor displayed. Your data is not tracked, evaluated and not given to any third party. Communication with the ZEP server is done via https.

Sie App sollte sich sperren lassen. Ausser Abmelden finde ich aber nichts, was auf FaceID hinweist. Bei so sensiblem Inhalt ist das schwach.

Man muss bedenken, dass man hier einen monatlichen Betrag zahlt und somit auch eine bestimmte Gegenleistung erwarten sollte. Deshalb 2 Sterne.

Ich habe ständig das Problem, dass die Zeiten nicht gesynct werden bzw. Ich bekomm Fehler obwohl die Zeiten in ZEP auftauchen. Ich wünsche mir da die Möglichkeit zu sagen, dass ich die Daten überschreiben kann oder ähnliches. Sonst ist es fast doppelt so aufwendig als vorher.

Das handling der App nervt und bringt den erhofften Vorteil gegenüber der Webansicht nicht. Zusätzlich startet sie nicht und stürzt immer wieder ab. 👎

- Benachrichtigung bei fehlenden Stunden am Tagesende
- Automatische Ortserkennung von Projekten und evtl. Vorschlag von Ankunftszeit und Abfahrtzeit
- Generierung des Projektzeitnachweis direkt in der App und Versand per Mail oder zum Teilen
- Freigabe zum Monatsende der erfassten Stunden

Nur wenige Funktionen der Web Oberfläche wurden hier integriert. 
Das bedeutet alle Einträge müssen manuell gemacht und bearbeitet werden, die Tätigkeit immer von Hand eingetragen werden. 
Einzig die Funktion „Tageskopie“ ist vorhanden. 
Die GPS Funktion ist sinnlos, während sie läuft kann der Eintrag nicht bearbeitet werden. 
Das automatische beenden (der Tätigkeit) wenn der Ort verlassen wird funktioniert bei mir nie.
