I have removed and reinstalled the app and repeated the map downloads no avail. The display is great, choice of maps is substantial and it will even work with an external GPS. I use(d) mine with a Bad Elf - nothing like having a realtime display of your position on a chart while flying. I say "used " because when they upgraded for ios7, it somehow disabled my ability to display my previously purchased charts or to download newer charts ( I do not plan to upgrade my iPad mini to ios7). The accuracy and zoom level clarity of the charts is the same level. I generally use Zephyr however for reference when flying. Brent has done a great job with this app. Other than sometimes noticing the charts are expired this is a first rate chart.
