## What is ZephyRun?

ZephyRun is a personalized race-training app. Tell it your race distance, date, and running experience, and it builds a complete training plan with pace targets that adjust automatically as your fitness improves — based on the runs you already sync to Apple Health. No guessing your paces, no manual entry.

TRAIN WITH A PLAN BUILT FOR YOU
• Plans for 5K, 10K, half marathon, and marathon
• Easy, tempo, interval, and long-run paces calculated from your real running
• Paces recalibrate as you get fitter
• Today screen shows exactly what to run and how fast

TRACK YOUR RUNS
• Record runs with GPS on iPhone or Apple Watch
• Live pace, distance, and heart rate
• Runs save to Apple Health alongside your other workouts

ZEPHYRUN PRO
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial of Pro. After that, Pro is a one-time purchase — no subscription.
• Adaptive replanning: move a workout, change your race date or run days
• Race-day pacing with per-mile/km splits
• Progress trends and race readiness
• Route map, splits, heart rate range, and elevation for every run
• Today's workout and target pace on Apple Watch
• Strength-workout logging
• Spotify now-playing on the Today screen

Your plan, Today, run recording, and run history are always free.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Your training data stays on your device and in Apple Health. No account required.

ZephyRun does not provide medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new training program.
