Also I can’t make pulse in large area or display in large font ### 4/5 — Update issue *2026-04-30, version 6.14.0* Why not update the app? ### 2/5 — No updates for 9 months *2025-12-17, version 6.14.0* Sleep tracking improved a little around mid-2025 but has gone totally crazy since iPhone iOS 26.2. It was never as accurate as Fitbit or even an old app I still use. My Mi Band 7 rates in the Low to Low-Mid range by The Quantified Scientist on YouTube, well below most serious, competitive devices. Even the Mi Band 6 rated better and newer Mi Band devices seem to actually be getting worse at sleep tracking. Mi Band seems to pay little serious attention at keeping the device up, with only 4 updates of the app in 2024. Who knows what, if any, software was updated on the devices themselves. The degradation in sleep tracking occurring after Apple iOS 26 has me considering a switch to another device that is cared for better. Speaking of care, Customer Care has literally been non-existent over the many years I’ve owned Mi Bands 5, 6 & 7. I have written with questions or suggestions at least 3 times over the years and never even received the courtesy of a reply - not even a robot automated one. I find the app a bit difficult to navigate, so I would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter. Additionally, my husband's watch is experiencing the same issue, and it would be wonderful to restore both devices to their normal functionality. Currently, I'm unable to connect my watch to the app at all. Issue is that first go on the scale alone and than when the application sais you take the baby and it calculates the baby's weight and you can add it to its profile. Ich kann noch nicht mal über die App die Fehlermeldung direkt schicken, weil sie mir zu schnell abstürzt. 🤪 Außerdem werden interessanter Weise auch nicht mehr alle Daten (z.B. Herzfrequenz) mit der Health-App synchronisiert, obwohl sie gekoppelt sind und es ja auch sonst funktioniert hat. Ich hoffe, dass das Problem schnell behoben werden kann!
