Today at around 3:50pm I ordered tandoori momos roughly costed me around 200/- and after paying I was charging and not checking my phone , there was no calls no notifications after like half and hour I checked and it showed delivered, no delivery agent called me nothing and when I try to raise an issue on the customer support , the guy was arguing with me and said it showed delivered and no refund can’t be made and the delivery guy was like i delivered then when I said I will check the cctv then he proceed to say he gave it to one pg girl and the name was same. The customer support was arguing with me claiming it’s delivered when the delivery guy himself agreed that he didn’t deliver. WORST SERVICE!!!! It’s not about the refund !

I placed an order on Zepto at 1:02 AM but received it only at 1:20 AM. The Zepto app was showing that the order would arrive within 5 minutes. After the order was assigned, I called the delivery executive, but even though he picked up my call, he didn’t speak for almost 5 minutes. Later, when he finally responded, he said he was chewing “kharra,” which is why he couldn’t talk to me.

I disconnected the call. When he came near my location, he didn’t call me at all. I called him again, and then he falsely claimed that he had already tried calling me — but in his call log, my number wasn’t even dialed. When I asked him to connect me to customer care so I could file a complaint, he refused, saying he couldn’t do that.

Finally, I received the order but did not make the payment. I received call from customer care and asked them to take action, but I got no proper response. All they kept saying was, “Please make the payment.”

If this is the kind of experience a customer gets, how can anyone trust Zepto for late-night orders? I wanted to give a negative-star rating, but the app doesn’t even provide that option.

Because of the the App algorithm the same deliy partner assigned who suppose to deliver missing item from previous order along with my order and that happen to be 6 KM away from my place. and they took 24 minutes extra to the item delivered. 
After spending 15 minutes with AI response which any body can hate spoke to human assistant and she has only one answer apologies and took feedback. Order at your RISK.

I had a really disappointing experience with Zepto Cafe’s online ordering. I placed an order expecting timely delivery and fresh food — but it was a complete letdown.

Firstly, the order arrived late and stone cold. The packaging was poor, and the food was completely messed up and soggy by the time it reached me. On top of that, a few items were missing from the order, and there was no proper support available to report the issue in real time.

I tried contacting customer support, but the responses were slow and unhelpful. No resolution or refund was offered, just a generic apology. It felt like they didn’t care at all about customer satisfaction.

For a brand like Zepto, I expected better quality, both in terms of food and service. This experience was not just frustrating — it made me lose trust in ordering from them again.

Not recommended at all. If you’re ordering from Zepto Cafe online, be prepared for delays, errors, and a lack of accountability.
