## What is Zer Bazaar?

Zer Bazaar is the business app built for jewellers. From a single shop to a multi-branch chain, sales, purchases, stock, accounts, cash and bank, the workshop, the rate board and reports live in one record; the app at the counter, the television in the window and the screen in the office show the same data.

WHAT'S INSIDE

- Sales counter — Scan the piece by barcode or pick it from stock; weight, fineness and fine-gold equivalent land on the line and the price comes off the rate. Take payment in any mix of cash, card, foreign currency and gold; print or share the receipt.
- Purchases and scrap — Scrap bought from a customer is recorded by weight and fineness and priced off the rate; the expense voucher is issued in one tap.
- Stock and stocktaking — Individual pieces are tracked by barcode, coins and gram gold by count. Stock also reads in fine grams; the stocktake difference shows at once.
- Running accounts — Customer and supplier balances are kept separately in lira, foreign currency and fine grams; nothing is converted and summed. Due dates and an aging report.
- Cash and bank — Each till sees only its own drawer, with a balance per currency. Card takings post to their own bank account; count, difference and close at the end of the day.
- Rate board — Pairs with the television in the window by QR. Each code is bound to a source: the bazaar, the central bank, a fine-gold formula or a hand-typed price; you set the buy-sell margin.
- Office Screen — The owner's television in the back room: the day's sales branch by branch, the tills right now and the flow of what is happening in the shop.
- Workshop — Open a work order: which piece, how many grams, what labour. The grams that come back are written down; loss and labour stay on the order.
- Reports — Daily sales, cash flow, account aging, profit margin, stock turnover, slow movers and position. Every report per currency; none of them adds currencies together.
- Team and branches — Roles decide what a person can do, branch and till access decide where. The cashier sees their own till, the salesperson their own branch.
- e-Documents — Once enabled for your shop, a receipt becomes an e-archive invoice or an e-invoice, with VAT codes chosen the way jewellery law asks: special base on worked pieces, exemption on bullion.
- Data and security — The shop server is available for Windows, macOS and Linux: it installs on the shop's own computer and the app connects to it. The backup destination is yours; it is not kept in our cloud.

Shops outside Türkiye run on their own country's rules: country and state selection, sales tax added on top of the price, the shop's currency and date format.

Zer Bazaar works on desktop, phone, tablet and in the browser with the same account and the same data. Turkish, English, Arabic and Russian.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 0.6.1 — 2026-09-07

Shops outside Türkiye now run on their own country's rules.

• Pick the country on a customer or supplier card; states and provinces follow it
• Outside Türkiye, sales tax is added on top of the price and printed as its own line
• Turkish ID and tax-registry lookups only appear for shops in Türkiye
• Dates and currency follow the shop's country
• Receipts print the sale's time in the shop's local time

### 0.6.0 — 2026-08-31

Your shop's own server, reachable from outside.

• Local Server: sales and stock stay on a machine in your shop and keep working without internet
• Pair the server with your phone; devices on the same network find it by themselves
• Connect from outside the shop — the channel is end-to-end encrypted and the server's identity is verified
• Open a rate row to see which source it came from and what margin produced it
• Tax rates come from the system now; there is no tax screen to fill in

### 0.5.0 — 2026-08-24

Reports, product photos and a reworked rate board.

• Reports on their own pages: daily sales, branch comparison, cash flow, receivable ageing and six more
• Product photos on the card and on the shop-window TV board
• Rate board reworked: pick a source, set margins, see the history chart
• Hand-typed sale lines: enter grams and karat, the price follows your board
• Receipts and documents print or share on every device
• Sales and forms lay out for the wide screen

### 0.4.0 — 2026-08-19

The reports are rewritten.

• Reports on their own pages: daily sales, branch comparison, cash flow, receivable ageing and six more
• Load opening stock from Excel or CSV
• Blind drawer count at day end
• Each branch in its own currency

### 0.2.7 — 2026-08-01

This release rebuilds how the app looks.

• New design: every screen moves to an ice-toned, glass-surfaced look, with light and dark themes reworked separately.
• Cash desk detail, redesigned: movements are grouped day by day, and a sale now shows all of its payment legs and any change given on a single card — along with the staff member who took it, the expense reason and the document number.
• Receipt printing: choosing A4 now fills the page. The layout follows whichever paper the print dialog settles on, so a receipt no longer prints small in the corner of a sheet.
• More readable forms: field labels, hints and helper text were reworked, and long explanations are no longer cut off mid-sentence.
• Account and e-document company profile screens use the full width on iPad.
• Fixed a crash when closing the product catalogue without picking anything.
• General speed and stability improvements.
