## What is Zera Fit?

Zera Fit is fitness coaching built for women 35 and above navigating perimenopause and menopause. Move joyfully. Train intelligently.

Your body is changing, and generic fitness apps weren't built for this season. Zera Fit is. Every program is designed around how women actually train through hormonal change — building strength, energy, and confidence without the noise.

WHAT YOU GET

• A personalized strength program built for your goals, your equipment, and your body, then reviewed by your coach before it reaches you.
• Guided workouts with video demonstrations, so you always know what to do and how to do it well.
• A real coach in your corner. Gabby is a NASM-certified trainer with 15+ years of experience and is currently completing an advanced Women's Fitness Specialization. Message her, ask questions, and check in as you go.
• Simple meal logging: search foods or scan a barcode to keep an easy record of how you're fueling.
• Progress you can see: log your workouts, track check-ins, and watch your strength grow.

WHO IT'S FOR

Women in their late 30s, 40s, and 50s who want to feel strong and capable — not chase a number on a scale. Whether you're returning to movement or you've trained for years, your program meets you where you are.

Zera Fit is coaching, not a calorie tracker. No guilt, no diet culture, just intelligent training and warm, direct support.

## Version history (last 3 releases)

### 1.2 — 2026-10-03

Links in our emails now open right in the Zera Fit app. Tap a sign-in or password reset link and you land on that page in the app instead of the browser.

Signing in is quicker too: your iPhone's Passwords app can now fill in your saved Zera Fit password.

Also new since the last update:
• A countdown timer for timed holds.
• Choose more than one cardio activity on cardio days.
• Stretches and bodyweight moves no longer ask how much weight you used.

### 1.1 — 2026-09-17

Zera Fit can now send push notifications, so you hear from your coach without having to open the app to check. You'll be asked once whether to allow them, and you can change your mind any time in your device settings. Plus speed and stability improvements throughout.
