They delivered the wrong size bangles, and when I returned them, they charged me an additional ₹80. Even after deducting that amount, they still haven’t refunded the remaining balance. The returned items were delivered to them on 4th July, but I have yet to receive my refund. I’ve been trying to contact their customer support for the last 10 days, but no one has responded or provided any assistance. This level of negligence is completely unacceptable. Delaying refunds and ignoring customers is highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing from this app until they improve their customer support and refund process. I had ordered 3 bangles in total: 1. Pranavi Bangle (Set of 8) 2. Sonal Bangle (Set of 2) 3. Varnika Bangle (Set of 2) Out of these, I only wanted to return the Pranavi Bangle (Set of 8) because it arrived separately. The other two bangles — Sonal Bangle and Varnika Bangle — I wanted to keep. However, I’m now receiving messages saying that the other products (which I wanted to keep) are also scheduled for pickup/return. Could you please confirm whether my return request was only for one item (Pranavi Bangle - Set of 8)? Also, I’ve already made a payment of ₹1499 — please check and clarify why I keep receiving pickup messages multiple times. I have ordered from them multiple times, and every single time, they send the wrong size. What makes it even worse is that even after going through the hassle of an exchange, they STILL send the wrong size again. It is completely unacceptable that a customer has to deal with customer service repeatedly, wait for return processing, and still end up with an item that doesn't fit. Their quality control and order fulfillment are non-existent. Save yourself the headache and buy your jewelry somewhere else. ### 1/5 — product doesn’t even deserve a 1-star rating. *2026-06-18* I posted a 1-star review on the Zeraki website, but it is not being displayed publicly. I received the product on 6th June and started using it on 7th June. Shockingly, it broke within just 10 days of normal use. This is by far one of the worst-quality products I have ever purchased. A product that cannot even last 10 days is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about its durability and quality standards. What made the experience even worse was the customer support. I tried contacting customer care several times, but there is no way to speak with a real representative. The system only provides automated AI responses, leaving customers with no proper channel to report issues or seek assistance. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed. Not only did the product fail almost immediately, but the company also seems unwilling to provide genuine customer support. This has been a complete waste of money and a very poor customer experience. When I tracked the order on the delivery partner’s website, it shows order cancelled by seller. The date mentioned was 1 week after my order but no communication has been received by me regarding the cancellation. This is highly unprofessional. When I’m trying to contact customer support through WhatsApp, the agent is not responding to the messages. I am really disappointed by this behaviour and will avoid purchasing from the company in future. ### 1/5 — Very very bad experience *2025-08-13* Don’t buy from zeraki as they will first send you wrong sizes of what you have ordered and then they will charge rs80 for the exchange or return. App is not user friendly. While they say they are giving offer of buy 1 get 2, they are charging the entire amount for the single piece and for the remaining they show 0. Such a fraud they are doing with customers. In the market, these types of bangles are way cheaper than what zeraki is charging. Non sense ! DONT INVEST IN ZERAKI. There’s no basic features like return, cancel, exchange. We have to WhatsApp them if we want to cancel an order. I placed an order on Tuesday night and texted them the next morning for cancellation because they have no cancel option on the app. I was told on WhatsApp that I would get a call but no call and no reply so I texted on their Instagram, provided my details still no response. Today it is in transit and I am told that they can do nothing about it. I think I might have to pay ₹80 as return fees only if they reply me on time this time. But I’m choosing not to accept the package since this is their apps fault.
